Terms of Service

Last updated: April 30, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Korolev Digital services, including our website, AI receptionist systems, automation workflows, messaging automation, appointment booking tools, CRM-related workflows, and related services.

By using our website, requesting a demo, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Business information

2. Description of services

Korolev Digital provides AI-based automation services for clinics. Services may include AI receptionist for WhatsApp and Instagram, automated answers to common patient questions, appointment booking, rescheduling, cancellation, reminders, Google Calendar workflows, CRM workflows, lead capture, human handoff, custom automation setup, onboarding, and support.

3. No medical advice

Korolev Digital does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services. The AI assistant may help with communication, booking, and general service explanations, but all medical decisions must be made by qualified healthcare professionals or clinic staff.

4. Client responsibilities

5. User and patient communications

The service may help clinics communicate with patients and leads through third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Meta services, Google Calendar, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and automation platforms. We do not control those platforms and are not responsible for outages, policy changes, delivery failures, account restrictions, or technical issues caused by them.

6. Account access and integrations

Some services may require access to client accounts, calendars, business messaging tools, CRM systems, or automation platforms. The client is responsible for providing correct access and ensuring they have authority to connect those systems.

7. Payment and subscription terms

Pricing, setup fees, subscription plans, payment dates, and included services are agreed separately with each client. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, services may require monthly payment and may include a one-time setup fee. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

8. Setup, customization, and changes

AI automation systems often require setup, testing, and adjustments. Launch timelines depend on the client providing required information, account access, approvals, and feedback. Additional features, integrations, major changes, or custom requests may require additional payment or a separate agreement.

9. Acceptable use

10. Service availability

We work to provide reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Availability may be affected by maintenance, third-party platform issues, internet problems, API changes, hosting failures, account restrictions, or other factors outside our control.

11. AI output and accuracy

AI systems may occasionally produce incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate responses. Korolev Digital designs workflows to reduce these risks, but clients are responsible for reviewing important information and monitoring the system in real use.

12. Human handoff

The service may include escalation or handoff logic for cases that require human attention. However, no automated system can detect every situation perfectly. Clients must maintain reasonable monitoring procedures and staff availability for important messages.

13. Data protection

Data processing is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you agree that Korolev Digital may process data as needed to operate the service, support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and provide automation workflows.

14. Third-party services

The service may depend on third-party providers, including Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google, hosting providers, CRM tools, database tools, analytics tools, and automation platforms. Korolev Digital is not responsible for third-party service changes, pricing, downtime, API restrictions, account bans, delivery failures, or policy enforcement.

15. Intellectual property

Korolev Digital owns or licenses the website, workflows, automation logic, prompts, configuration structures, designs, text, and related service materials unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients retain ownership of their clinic data, brand materials, patient records, and business information.

16. Confidentiality

Both parties may receive confidential business or technical information. Each party agrees to use reasonable care to protect confidential information and not disclose it except as needed to provide or receive the service, or as required by law.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Korolev Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages, including lost revenue, lost leads, missed appointments, service interruptions, data loss, or third-party platform failures.

18. No guarantee of results

We may describe potential benefits such as faster replies, fewer missed leads, better booking flow, or reduced receptionist workload. However, we do not guarantee specific revenue, conversion rates, appointment numbers, or business results.

19. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if a client violates these Terms, fails to pay, misuses the service, creates security risk, violates third-party platform policies, or uses the service unlawfully.

20. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing law

These Terms are intended to be governed by applicable laws in Israel, unless another jurisdiction is required by mandatory law or agreed in writing.
